1. What we collect
When you order: your name and mobile number, your email if you add it, the delivery address and district, your location on the map only if you choose to share it, and your notes.
When you book: your name, mobile number, party size, time and special requests, and your email if you add it.
When you order from a table QR: a temporary visit code on your device only, no name or number.
The list of your past orders on this device is kept in your own browser and is not sent to anyone.
If you sign in with your mobile number: we check your number with a code sent on WhatsApp (stored encrypted, expiring after 10 minutes), and keep your name, number and a 90-day sign-in on your device, to show you the orders and bookings made with that number. You can sign out or delete your account at any time from the My orders page.
2. Why we use it
To prepare your order or booking, to contact you about it (a call or a message), and to send the order updates you ask for.
We send offers only if you agree to them explicitly, and you can withdraw that at any time.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers working for us, and only what they need: website hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging when enabled, and the payment gateway when you pay online (we never see or store your card; you enter it on the gateway's own page).
The map on the Visit page is shown by Google Maps, and Google's own privacy policy applies when it loads.
Official authorities when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal duties such as keeping sales records. Exact periods will be set after legal review.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. Contact us below.
6. Security
Connections to the website are encrypted, staff see customer details only as their role needs, and important changes are logged.
