1. Prices
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. The final amount is calculated at checkout, and any delivery fee is shown before you confirm.
2. Your order and its confirmation
Your order reaches the restaurant as soon as you send it and is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. If it is not accepted in time it is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
An item may sell out after you order; we then contact you to choose a replacement or remove it, and anything removed is taken off the amount.
3. Pickup and delivery
Delivery is available only to the districts listed at checkout, and times are estimates. For pickup we tell you when your order is ready.
4. Bookings
Your booking is held for the chosen time and can be changed or cancelled from its link. Large groups are confirmed by the restaurant by contacting you. How long a table is held for late arrivals will be set after review.
5. Allergies
Write any food allergy in your order notes or tell our staff. We handle many ingredients in one kitchen and cannot guarantee that a dish is entirely free of traces of allergens.
